THE MÅLE PÆLE STOLE (THE MILESTONE CHAIR)
The Milestone Chair is collaboration with Public Works as part of their contribution to Its Our Future, an exhibition at the Danish Architecture Centre in Copenhagen curated with Roskilde Festival, focusing on youth empowerment to address the development of sustainable cities.
The Milestone Chair, designed in the spirit of Enzo Mari re-purposes 24 setting out poles used at the Roskilde Festival to demarcate camping sites.
The design of the chair and accompanying instructions act a starting point for visitors to design and make their own chairs, allowing for and actively encouraging user generated alternatives
